2.1. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products we offer, or cancel an order if the product is not available.
2.2. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. Variations in colour or shade of a product do not constitute an item being considered defective or faulty.
2.3. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, as this will be confirmed when the item is available and shipped.
3. Pricing
3.1. Prices are displayed in AUD, including shipping quotes, and may be subject to change. We will inform you of any price changes before processing your order.
3.2 All payments are securely processed by Square and this trusted payment provider may process your payment in AUD or USD or another currency. Please be aware that there could be a currency conversion fee, card processing fee, foreign transaction fee and/or similar processing fee, involved in processing your payment through Square. We have no role or responsibility in the processes that Square use to securely process your payment or any associated fees to any trusted third party payment providers for the payments that are processed using their secure systems.
3.3. All shipping costs will apply at checkout, where applicable. If a shipping rate or location is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method, which may alter the shipping cost quoted in checkout.

4.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order through Square's secure payment gateway.
4.2. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards using the online checkout system. We have no responsibility for any currency conversion rates or additional fees made by third party providers (see 3.2. and 3.4.)
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We ship within Australia and offer International Shipping with tracking (as per our Shipping Policy).
5.2. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 5 days, but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates which are determined by the shipping company.
5.3. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. This means that once your order is marked as delivered, you assume all responsibility for the product, including any loss or damage.
5.4. We take great care in packaging your items for shipment to minimise the risk of damage. However, once the order leaves our premises, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit.
5.5. If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost during shipping, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. We accept returns for faulty or defective items within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition and packaging and are safely returned to the sender. We may require photos or additional information to process your return. To initiate a return, please contact us as per our return policy.
6.2. We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that returns are not provided for change of mind purchases, including but not limited to variations in color or shade or personal preference. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and images together before making your purchase.
6.3. In circumstances where the item is not faulty, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. This option will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and you will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
6.4. Items eligible for exchange or store credit must be returned in their new, unused, original condition, including all original packaging and tags. Items or packaging that show signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
6.5. Refunds for faulty or defective items will be processed within 5-10 days after we receive the returned items. Store credit or exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and assessed.
6.6. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any original and return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or defective.

7.1. By accessing or using our site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
7.2. By accessing and using this Site you agree to only provide true and accurate information, and not provide any false or misleading information.
7.3. By accessing and using this Site you agree not to use any information, images, text, graphics, designs or content contained in this Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm, defame, or otherwise negatively impact our services, reputation, or the interests of Lappies Unleashed, Diamontali, any affiliated individuals, employees or any third parties.

8.1. All content on the Site including but not limited to brand, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, style, artistic and written content, concepts and ideas are the property of Diamontali and is protected by Australian and the International Copyright Laws of any jurisdiction.
8.2. All rights in respect of an invention, discovery, know-how, concept, idea, information, process, trade secret, secret process, data, formula, or work product are the Intellectual Property of Diamontali. This includes all work products developed in whole or in part by Diamontali whether registered or common law.
8.3. This includes all present and future rights to Intellectual Property including but not limited to inventions and improvement, trademarks (whether registered or common law trademarks), patents, prior, current and future versions of the Site, designs, copyright, and corresponding property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lappies Unleashed, Diamontali or any individual shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Site or any content, products, or services provided through the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, or services provided on or through the Site.
9.3. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, or disclaimers of warranties, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Site or purchasing products.

- Any applicable fees for currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, or additional charges imposed by your bank or credit card provider are your responsibility. In addition, we cannot be held liable for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates that may affect the final amount charged to your account at the time of processing your order.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for any and all fees or charges associated with the currency conversion.
4. Payment
